Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales & Trade Manager with a strong background in LED lighting sales and distribution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading sales operations, expanding trade channels, and driving business growth through strategic market development and strong client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets
- Manage and expand trade and distribution networks for LED lighting products
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to strengthen market presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and corporate clients
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands
- Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to enhance overall performance
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review
- Ensure timely client follow-ups and smooth coordination of order processing and execution
- Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies where required
Requirements
- Proven experience in LED lighting, electrical products, or related sales/trade management
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Results-oriented mindset with strong commercial awareness and business acumen
