Full job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesman with 2-3 years of expertise in the hardware & building material who has a valid UAE driving license. First there will be 3 month probation period. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the textile, wipers & Rags industry.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calls, and industry events.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects and contractors.
• Provide tailored solutions to meet client requirements.
• Ensure regular follow-ups and address client concerns promptly.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Generate periodic sales reports for management review.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

• Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within the hardware & building material.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of wipers & Rags processes, materials, and designs.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Proficient in using MS Office Suite.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
