Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in the cake room or bakery.

• Provide information about products, flavors, and promotions.

• Handle sales transactions using POS systems and manage cash accurately.

• Maintain product displays, shelves, and cleanliness in the shop.

• Ensure all cakes and baked goods are presented attractively.

• Manage customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

• Support inventory management and stock replenishment.

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily sales targets.

• Adhere to hygiene, safety, and food handling standards.

• Work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Requirements:

✔ Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred

✔ Strong customer service and communication skills

✔ Warm and positive-minded, reliable, and team-oriented attitude

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

✔ Flexibility to work full-time your shifts as required
