* Build a pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects

* Identify new business opportunities to generate opportunities

* Develop annual sales strategy and goals

* Leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships

* Collaborate with sales leaders

* Maintain responsibility for the performance of all sales activities within an assigned territory.

* Establish and strategically build a solid customer base.

* Recruit, train, and motivate a Sales team toward hitting specified sales goals.

* Set team goals and conduct quarterly performance reviews with all team members.

* Provide strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals.

* Lead by example, using the established sales processes, and close a high percentage of the leads that you and your team generate.

* Continually analyze the sales process to refine and improve its success, and work with upper management to establish a sales reporting framework.

* Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions. * Generate new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking, and client/associate referrals

* Develop new relationships within the commercial construction community

* Maintain acceptable profit margins

* Maintain sales quota for each quarter and year as provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
