We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. You will be responsible for driving sales, achieving targets, and contributing to the growth of Giftmart.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and follow up on leads.
  • Present and promote Giftmart’s products and services to clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Attend trade shows, events, and meetings as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail, B2B, or corporate gifting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
