We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Sales Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with some of our top clients, particularly within the education marketing sector. The ideal candidate will serve as the main point of contact for clients — from discussing creative concepts to coordinating project execution and ensuring client satisfaction — while driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Meet clients regularly to discuss design ideas, project updates, and marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, operations) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Attend site visits to oversee ongoing work and ensure quality and timelines are met.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services with existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications, project progress, and sales reports.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets in assigned accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in account management or sales (experience in marketing, advertising, or design agencies preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Hands-on and willing to visit client sites as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (CRM experience is a plus).
  • UAE driving license preferred.
