Position Overview:

The Sales Account Executive at ITXPROS will start the sales process by initiating calls, establishing interest with targeted prospects, and scheduling meetings/demos for the account managers. This role is crucial for generating leads and setting the foundation for successful sales conversions and a long-term business relationship. The successful candidate will be goal-oriented, persuasive, and able to handle rejection while consistently meeting daily and monthly quotas.

Reporting To: Sales Team Leader

Place of Performance: Office-based “New Cairo”

Key Responsibilities:

● Establishing interest and qualifying potential leads by understanding their needs and matching them with appropriate solutions.

● Conducting cold calls to targeted prospects to introduce ITXPROS' services & products.

● Scheduling meetings and product demos for account managers to further engage with qualified prospects.

● Meeting and exceeding daily and monthly quotas for calls made, leads generated, and meetings scheduled.

● Researching new prospects and opportunities within the dental industry.

●Maintaining accurate and detailed records of call logs and scheduled appointments in the CRM.

● Following up with potential leads to nurture relationships and engage them in the sales pipeline.

● Collaborating with account managers to ensure a seamless experience for qualified leads.

● Staying informed about industry trends, competitive products, and developments.

● Providing feedback to the sales team on the effectiveness of outreach and prospect responses.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree.

● Previous experience in a sales or lead generation role is a plus.

● Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle rejection.

● Goal-oriented with a solid drive to meet and exceed targets.

● Ability to perform research and identify new business opportunities.

● High level of self-motivation, energy, and a positive attitude.

● Ability to work as part of a team.
