Sales Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies within assigned regions and target sectors

Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closing new business

opportunities

Identify and acquire net-new enterprise accounts to achieve and exceed revenue targets

Conduct tailored product demonstrations aligned with customer pain points and business

requirements

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers

Develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, networking,

conferences, and meetings

Conduct market and competitor analysis to strengthen strategic positioning

Act as a trusted advisor and internal advocate for client needs and growth opportunities

Maintain accurate sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline management within CRM

platforms (e.g., HubSpot)

Collaborate closely with internal teams including Marketing, Pre-Sales, Product, Sales

Operations, and Partnerships

Support thought leadership initiatives through industry events, networking, and

community engagement

Apply enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, BANT, or SPICED to manage

opportunities effectively

Requirements & Qualifications

5+ years of enterprise sales experience within SaaS, Fraud Prevention, FinTech,

RegTech, or Identity Verification industries

Strong experience selling Fraud Prevention, KYC, KYB, AML, or related compliance

solutions is highly preferred

Proven ability to generate and close new business opportunities (“hunter” mentality)

Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles

Strong understanding of enterprise sales frameworks such as MEDDICC, SPICED, or

BANT

Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and closing skills

Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking abilities

Experience using CRM and sales analytics tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce

Strong analytical and research skills with a data-driven approach to sales

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

Preferred Skills

Existing network within Banking, FinTech, Crypto, Payments, or Digital Platforms

ecosystem

Experience selling into international markets (MEA, APAC, Europe, or North America)

Experience working in high-growth SaaS or startup environments

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
