Sales Account Executive will be responsible for generating new
business, managing client relationships, and meeting revenue targets. This
role requires strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach,
and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, Qualify & Engage Leads: Proactively identify, qualify, and

engage potential clients to generate new business opportunities and
expand the customer base.

  • Customer Development: Develop and nurture relationships with both

new and existing customers to drive long-term partnerships and repeat
business.

  • Strategic Sales Execution: Lead complex negotiations with senior-

level decision-makers to close high-value deals aligned with company
goals.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to

clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
using a consultative approach.Revenue Growth & Expansion: Consistently explore upselling and
cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue
potential.

  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual

and team sales targets, contributing to overall company growth.
CRM & Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of
sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions through CRM tools.
Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with internal teams to develop
customized proposals, improve service offerings, and implement strategic
sales initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1–3 years of sales or business development experience with a proven

track record.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and client

data.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work on-site during night shifts (7 PM – 4 AM).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across

teams.

Training & Development:

Sectem Technologies provides comprehensive onboarding and sales training
to ensure new hires are fully equipped for success. Training includes
classroom sessions, mock sales calls, and hands-on practice with tools and
systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Rawalpindi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • B2B Sales : 1 year (Required)

Language:

  • English (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 100% (Preferred)
