Salary – AED 30,000-32,000 Fixed per month + double OTE in Commission

Job Description

The Sales Accounts Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, handling customer needs, and generating new sales opportunities using existing and potential client networks.


Responsibilities & Duties

  1. Sell the company’s solutions by building solid client relationships with assigned accounts and new prospects.
  2. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing deals and ensuring timely collection.
  3. Initiate and follow up with customers to address needs, resolve issues, and secure new business.
  4. Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, positioning solutions to meet customer requirements.
  5. Own and execute the RFI/RFP process.
  6. Conduct client meetings to support account management responsibilities.
  7. Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  8. Respond to customer requests for information, including vendor audit processes.
  9. Lead technical discussions with potential clients, including demonstrations and presentations.
  10. Stay up to date with developments in the financial services and payments industries.
  11. Ensure CRM is used effectively to maintain a competitive advantage.
  12. Safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of business and customer information.
  13. Adhere to internal security policies, compliance standards, and code of ethics.
  14. Contribute to wider company initiatives as required.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in software solution sales (ideally banking or financial applications).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the payments, compliance, and risk management space.
  • Strong presentation skills with confidence in both small and large group settings.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic (fluent) and English (fluent) .
  • CAMS certification is an advantage.
