The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing existing client accounts while striving to develop new business opportunities. This role involves building strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of the consumer goods market, particularly in the bedding sector, and have a demonstrated ability to maintain and grow revenue from assigned accounts. Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing accounts and develop new business opportunities to meet sales goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular business reviews and provide insights to clients concerning market trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to align client needs with product offerings.
• Monitor sales performance of accounts and report on progress to senior management.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to solidify partnerships.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in account management or sales within the consumer goods or bedding industry.
• Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing multiple accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management software.
• Understanding of market dynamics within the MENA region.
• Male.
• 30 to 40 years old.
• Saudi, Egyptian or Lebanese national.
