Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and generating leads. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining relationships with clients, handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and developing effective communication strategies to drive sales and meet targets.

  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to maintain and develop relationships with clients
  • Proven track record in sales or account management
  • Experience in the telecommunications or manufacturing industry is a plus
