About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Account Manager to drive growth in our drinking glassware & bamboo straws product line. In this role, you will manage key client relationships, expand our customer base, and promote our high-quality, biodegradable drinking glassware & bamboo straws as a sustainable alternative to plastic. The ideal candidate is passionate about eco-friendly products, has a proven track record in sales, and excels at building long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with retailers, hospitality businesses, e-commerce platforms, and corporate clients interested in sustainable products.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet or exceed sales targets for bamboo straws.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and recommending tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and support order fulfilment.
• Track and report on key account metrics, including sales forecasts, revenue growth, and client feedback.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong understanding of sustainable products and enthusiasm for environmental causes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
