Sales Account Manager – Cybersecurity

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to develop and expand a portfolio of enterprise customers in Saudi Arabia. This role is focused on generating revenue through a mix of new customer acquisition and account expansion, working directly with customers and in partnership with channel and integration partners.


The role requires a commercially driven individual who can build credibility with senior stakeholders and position cybersecurity solutions that address both technical and business priorities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise customer accounts
  • Establish long-term, trusted relationships with key decision makers and influencers
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer business objectives, technology environments, and security challenges
  • Position appropriate solutions and services to support customer IT and cybersecurity strategies
  • Identify, qualify, and progress new sales opportunities through the full sales cycle
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including pre-sales, technical specialists, marketing, and regional leadership
  • Maintain clear ownership of pipeline, forecasts, and account plans using CRM tools
  • Stay current on cybersecurity trends, customer needs, and competitive market developments
  • Participate in industry events and customer engagements as required
  • Ensure accurate documentation of customer activity and opportunities


Experience & Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in sales or account management within IT and/or cybersecurity vendors or solution providers
  • Experience selling into Oil & Gas, Government, BFSI, or large commercial organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with senior and C-level stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of enterprise IT, networking, and cybersecurity solutions
  • Exposure to cloud and virtualized environments preferred
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales and complex deal cycles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
