Role Description:


This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager at LWCOM in Dubai.

The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts to achieve sales targets by ensuring satisfaction, generating leads, and maintaining strong communication with clients to support business growth.


Qualifications & responsibilities:


  • 5+ years of work experience in selling IT-infrastructure solutions and run-rate items in UAE with SMB clients
  • Proven track of record of meeting quarter gross profit (GP) targets equal to 100k-150k aed
  • Experience in selling networking solutions and run-rate items (Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, Huawei, Ruckus)
  • Experience in selling server/storage solutions and run-rate items (Lenovo, HPE, Xfusion, Dell)
  • Experience in selling software solutions and run-rate items(Microsoft, Veeam, Vmware, Kaspersky)
  • Ability to achieve sales targets
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Customer-focused with the ability to understand client needs
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proven track record in sales and account management
