We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Sales Admin to support the real estate sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks. The role involves coordinating documentation, maintaining sales records, assisting with client communication, and ensuring smooth sales operations from lead generation to post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with administrative and clerical support
  • Prepare and organize sales-related documents (booking forms, contracts, agreements)
  • Maintain and update client, lead, and sales data in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with sales agents, clients, and internal departments
  • Inventory
  • Assist with property listings and basic marketing support

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales support or administrative roles (real estate preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
