Sales Admin Assistant ( Female )

We are looking for a well-organized and customer-focused Sales Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide efficient administrative and operational support to the sales department, ensuring seamless coordination, accurate documentation, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices accurately and on time.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and contracts.
  • Coordinate deliveries, logistics, and client follow-ups to ensure timely execution.
  • Track and monitor pending orders, ensuring effective communication with customers.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and performance summaries for management.
  • Manage filing, documentation, and correspondence related to sales activities.
  • Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
  • Monitor and maintain office and sales-related supplies.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales coordination or administrative support.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Customer-oriented attitude with a professional and proactive approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
