Sales Admin - ( Real Estate Developer) - Tagalog Speakers

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage sales documentation, including Sales Purchase Agreements (SPAs), RERA Forms (A, B, F, I), Addendums, and NOCs.
  • Coordinate and follow up with clients on documentation requirements, payments, and signatures.
  • Handle EJARI registrations and tenancy contract renewals.
  • Liaise with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and other regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance.
  • Support the issuance of No Objection Certificates (NOCs) for resale or mortgage purposes.
  • Maintain organized records of tenancy contracts, ownership documents, and client correspondence.
  • Assist with coordination between tenants, landlords, and internal departments.
  • Manage and update CRM systems and client databases with accurate sales and lease information.
  • Generate regular sales and tenancy status reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA, DLD, and company policies in all administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales administration or property coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of RERA regulations, Dubai Land Department processes, Ejari, and contract documentation.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
