We're searching for a Sales Administration Officer to join our team in Dubai as part of the supply chain / Operations department. He/she will be responsible for sales orders on a daily basis including the placement and tracking of orders, management of shipments and order fulfillment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders for all products in compliance with the company's policies and procedures;
  • Receive, review, acknowledge and place customer sales orders accurately and promptly on the ERP system;
  • Act as the primary contact to customers, close business in coordination with the related sales employee and complete administrative functions
  • Fulfill orders once released from credit;
  • Track shipments and update customers and internal stakeholders on order backlogs and information;
  • Work with logistics, sales and credit teams to ensure order fulfillment in a timely manner;
  • Handle customer complaints in a timely manner and escalate issues when necessary;
  • Update sales reports as required and manage ad hoc requests as and when necessary;
  • Administer and maintain the DB of the new & existing clients.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in CRM, preferred ZohoCRM Procurement, sales order processing etc.;
  • Excellent written & verbal communication in English;
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Self dependence and able to solve difficulties effectively.
  • Customer oriented with the ability to listen, organize and champion key initiatives for channel development and customer satisfaction;

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
