Sales Administrative Assistant

<Job Summary>
This role is responsible for supporting the sales department through administrative coordination and client follow-up. This is not a sales position. The primary focus is to ensure all administrative processes related to sales run smoothly, including tracking potential clients, supporting introductory services, and managing internal systems and communications

<Duties>

  • Provide consistent follow-up with potential clients (leads) to support the sales process
  • Track and manage clients who have purchased introductory services, ensuring proper follow-through
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems and databases
  • Coordinate and manage Zoom seminars, including scheduling, tracking attendance, and follow-up communication
  • Support the sales team with reports, tracking metrics, and administrative organization
  • Ensure all sales-related administrative processes are handled in an organized efficient, and systematic manner
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and internal team members
  • Maintain organized filing systems and perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for sales staff and executives
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries via phone or email
  • Proofread and review documents for accuracy before distribution, ensuring high-quality communication
  • Coordinate with personal assistants or other administrative staff to ensure seamless workflow across departments
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the workday
  • Previous office management or personal assistant experience is advantageous but not required.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
