Job Description

Efficient Tourism LLC is looking for a dynamic Sales & Administrative Coordinator to support both sales activities and office operations. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team with client coordination, handle administrative tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, invoices, and proposals
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email regarding inquiries and bookings
  • Maintain customer records and update databases (CRM/Excel)
  • Provide general administrative support such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
  • Follow up with clients and support in achieving sales targets

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales support, administration, or customer service
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
