Sales Administrator

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to join our training institute. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in admissions, sales coordination, and lead management within a training or educational institute. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to support both students and management in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage student admissions process, including inquiries, registrations, and documentation.
  • Handle sales leads: follow up on inquiries, maintain CRM records, and ensure timely conversion.
  • Provide administrative support for training programs, schedules, and classroom coordination.
  • Prepare and maintain reports related to admissions, sales performance, and student attendance.
  • Assist in marketing activities such as events, email campaigns, and student outreach.
  • Coordinate with trainers, students, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage front desk operations, calls, and walk-in inquiries professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with institute policies and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in training institute administration, admissions, or sales support.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Customer-focused with a professional attitude.

Preferred Background

  • Experience in admissions & lead generation within a training/education industry.
  • Knowledge of UAE training/education compliance is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
