  • Sales Support & Coordination
    Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, contracts, listings, and client presentations.
    Maintain and update property listings, sales databases, and CRM systems.
    Track sales leads, inquiries, and follow-ups to support the sales pipeline.
    Coordinate property viewings, appointments, and client meetings.
  • Documentation & Compliance
    Prepare and process sales documents, offer letters, and purchase agreements.
    Ensure all real estate transactions comply with legal and company requirements.
    Manage filing systems (digital and physical) for property and client documentation.
    Liaise with legal, finance, and operations teams to complete documentation and closings.
  • Reporting & Analysis
    Generate sales performance reports and update dashboards.
    Track commissions, payments, and client transactions accurately.
    Provide administrative support for sales forecasts, targets, and budgets.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication
    Serve as a point of contact for clients and agents for administrative inquiries.
    Handle incoming calls, emails, and client requests professionally.
    Coordinate with marketing for property promotions, open houses, and events.
