Join our dynamic and growing sports company as a Sales Administrator!
We are looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can support our sales operations and actively contribute to achieving sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role
  • Strong sales skills: ability to understand client needs, communicate effectively, and close deals
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken)
  • Proficient in CRM systems
  • Excellent skills in Google Sheets and Google Workspace
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Experience in the sports industry is a plus!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update sales records and client information
  • Identify client needs and assist in proposing the right services
  • Actively support the sales process: lead follow-ups, client communication, and deal closing
  • Support the sales team with scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation
  • Generate reports and insights using CRM and spreadsheets
  • Ensure smooth coordination between clients, sales, and operations
  • Help optimize sales processes and improve workflow efficiency
