Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Account Manager to join our Pakistan office as an Assistant to Senior Account Managers. This full-time, permanent role involves supporting Senior Account Managers in maintaining relationships and driving commercial growth through high-quality B2B sales administration and client communications. This position is crucial in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Account Managers by providing quotes and invoices
  • Process orders for existing and returning key clients, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Answer calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Clarify details with clients and project stakeholders via phone and email correspondence
  • Handle customer issues with utmost professionalism and care
  • Create miscellaneous invoices and credit notes
  • Communicate effectively with the Sales Team in the Pakistan and EMEA offices
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain up-to-date product knowledge
  • Support other team members and customer service issues
  • Prioritise and solve problems in time-sensitive situations, working well under pressure

Qualifications

  • Exceptional telephone and writing skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and multitask efficiently
  • Confidence in working independently and as part of a global team
  • Technically aware and able to keep up with product knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Rawalpindi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales : 1 year (Preferred)
  • Account Management: 1 year (Preferred)
