Job Title: Sales Administrator

Location: Dubai, UAE

Department: Sales

Reporting To: Head of Sales / Sales Director

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Administrator with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working directly with a real estate developer in Dubai. The role is critical in supporting the sales team through accurate documentation, coordination with brokers, and ensuring full compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA requirements. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in off-plan and ready property transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Documentation Support

Prepare, review, and manage Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPA), booking forms, reservation forms, and related sales documentation

Coordinate with the legal, finance, and CRM teams to ensure timely processing of transactions

Maintain accurate sales records, deal trackers, and client databases

Assist in unit blocking, releases, cancellations, and transfers as per internal approvals

Broker & Client Coordination

Liaise with external brokerages for document collection, deal updates, and commission-related queries

Ensure broker registrations, agreements, and RERA compliance documentation are complete and up to date

Support the sales team in follow-ups with clients regarding documentation and payment schedules

Compliance & Regulatory

Ensure all sales processes comply with RERA, DLD, and developer policies

Coordinate escrow-related documentation and payment confirmations

Assist with audits, management reports, and internal compliance checks

Reporting & Administration

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, pipeline updates, and booking summaries

Track commissions, approvals, and payment milestones

Support senior management with sales data and administrative requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience with a real estate developer in Dubai (mandatory)

Strong knowledge of developer sales processes, off-plan and ready property transactions

Familiarity with RERA, DLD procedures, escrow accounts, and SPAs

Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools

Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Skills

Experience working with high-volume sales teams or multiple projects

Strong attention to detail and document control

Professional communication with brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders
