About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The role involves connecting with potential business partners to promote and sell our education business franchise opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, persuasive selling ability, and prior experience in B2B telesales or franchise development is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential leads franchise partnership opportunities.
  • Explain the franchise model, business benefits, ROI, and support provided by the company.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and follow up regularly to close deals.
  • Build and maintain positive business relationships with potential partners.
  • Handle inquiries, provide detailed information, and resolve objections effectively.

Key Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of telesales experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
