Deliver exceptional customer service to achieve sales revenue for Toyota & Lexus Genuine Parts, while ensuring strong customer satisfaction and parts availability.
Principal Accountabilities
- Promote parts during sales promotions and ensure efficient operations to meet customer needs.
- Achieve sales revenue and gross profit targets as per business plan.
- Review and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and reservations to close deals.
- Provide outstanding customer service using EPC catalogue.
- Register and report loss of sales and suggest actions to improve parts availability.
- Maintain accurate customer records and prepare sales reports.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Strong understanding of automotive parts and their functions.
- Skilled in using EPC software to identify parts.
- Great communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well within a team and follow operational guidelines.
