Sales Advisor – Insurance Marketing FirmJob Summary:

The Sales Advisor is responsible for generating new business by promoting and selling insurance products to individuals and businesses. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, referrals, field visits, and networking.
  • Explain various insurance products (Life, Health, Motor, General Insurance) and recommend suitable policies based on client needs.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for renewals and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Assist clients in completing insurance documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Follow up on leads and convert prospects into policyholders.
  • Provide after-sales service and support during claim processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Stay updated on new insurance products, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in insurance sales or financial product sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Good knowledge of insurance products and IRDAI regulations (if in India).
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
