Sales Advisor (Animal Lovers ONLY)

We are a Pet Store & Spa located in the heart of Kochi, in Panampilly Nagar, and we are looking for an Animal Lover for the position of a Retail Sales Advisor

You will be required to have extremely good knowledge of all the products that we carry (training will be provided) and knowledge of our software (training will be provided) for billing and stock keeping purposes.

You must possess excellent communication skills to interact with customers and provide them with the best possible advice/products for their pets. You must be well groomed at all times and ensure customer satisfaction.

You must have the capability to meet monthly sales goals.

MINIMUM 1 year experience in the Retail Sales field. NO experience required in the pet industry.

Must be willing to work evening shift - 12:00 PM to 9:30 PM

Must be willing to work on weekends. Weekly 1 off day per week will be provided to compensate for the weekend.

Job Qualifications:

• Any Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-3 years’ work experience in sales or customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English, Malayalam and conversational Hindi
