Sales Advisor– Business Setup

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Sales Advisor who can understand clients deeply, advise them correctly, and close with confidence.

This is not a volume-calling role. It’s a consultative sales position where trust, communication, and positioning matter more than pushing offers.

Key Responsibilities

Client Advisory & Sales

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads professionally
  • Understand client needs and recommend the right business setup solutions
  • Conduct consultations (calls/meetings) with a strategic approach
  • Close deals while maintaining a premium client experience
  • Build long-term relationships and generate referrals

Pipeline & Performance

  • Manage and track leads through CRM
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups and conversion discipline
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business setup, or consulting (UAE preferred)
  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills
  • Ability to sell value, not just price
  • Professional presence and confidence in client interactions
  • Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
  • Understanding of UAE licensing, visas, and corporate services is a strong advantage

Compensation

  • Base Salary + High Commission Structure
