Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service: Greet and engage customers, offer personalized styling advice, and ensure a positive shopping experience that reflects the brand's image.
- Achieve sales targets: Proactively identify customer needs, recommend suitable products (apparel, accessories), and drive sales to meet or exceed individual and store goals.
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising: Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing, adhering to brand standards for product display.
- Process transactions accurately: Handle cash, credit card, and loyalty program transactions efficiently using the system, including processing returns and exchanges.
- Build and maintain customer relationships: Utilize clienteling techniques to capture customer information, follow up on purchases, and encourage repeat business and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum qualification should be intermediate.
