We are a growing women’s fashion brand, specializing in pret wear. Our focus is on delivering trend-driven, high-quality, and market-relevant designs to our customers. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate product development from design to final production for women’s pret collections.
• Work closely with design, production, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor fabric sourcing, trims, and accessories to meet quality and design requirements.
• Assist in developing seasonal line plans and ensure alignment with market trends.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for order placements and follow-ups.
• Maintain documentation, costing, and approvals throughout the product lifecycle.
• Analyze sales performance to support planning and inventory management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile/Fashion Merchandising or related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in merchandising, preferably in women’s pret/fashion retail.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment construction.
• Excellent coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
