Job Purpose

The Smart Home Sales Advisor is responsible for promoting and selling smart home products and solutions, providing exceptional customer service, and educating clients on how smart technologies enhance their lifestyles. This role blends technical knowledge with customer-oriented sales skills to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.

Key Accountabilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Accurately assess client needs and propose appropriate smart home solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of product offerings, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Support project execution teams by ensuring accurate communication of client requirements.

Primary Responsibilities

Sales & Client Engagement

  • Conduct client consultations to understand needs related to smart home automation (lighting, climate control, security, audio/video, etc.).
  • Demonstrate and present smart home products and systems in showrooms or at client locations.
  • Prepare and present tailored quotations, proposals, and solution designs.
  • Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients for upselling and repeat business.

Product Knowledge & Training

  • Stay up to date with the latest smart home technologies, trends, and integration methods.
  • Participate in training sessions on new products and system upgrades.
  • Educate clients on the use, benefits, and functionality of smart home systems.

Coordination & Documentation

  • Collaborate with design, technical, and installation teams to ensure smooth handover of projects.
  • Maintain CRM entries, client records, and sales reports.
  • Attend sales meetings and provide input on market demands and client feedback.

Market Awareness & Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities, including project leads, partnerships, and target segments.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, or networking events to represent the company and showcase solutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: KD350.000 - KD450.000 per month
