Salary: PKR 35,000 (Basic) + Attractive Incentives

About Nova Health:

Nova Health is a fast-growing healthcare organization dedicated to providing quality pharmaceutical and health-related services. We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Sales Agent (Cold Calling) to join our team and contribute to our business growth by reaching out to potential clients and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients and introduce Nova Health’s services and products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Identify customer needs and provide relevant information or solutions.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in company databases.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and team sales targets.
• Follow up with prospective clients to ensure conversions and maintain engagement.

Requirements:

• Graduate (Bachelor’s degree required).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Preferably female candidates with a pleasant and professional personality.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, energetic, and comfortable with cold calling.
• Must reside near or within commuting distance of Johar Town, Lahore.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry, CRM tools) is an advantage.
