Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leather Shoe Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, excellent product knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of high-quality leather shoes to retail customers, wholesale buyers, or business partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell a wide range of leather shoes to customers and clients.
• Develop a strong understanding of product features, materials, and craftsmanship.
• Maintain in-store displays and ensure products are presented attractively.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service, including handling inquiries and offering product recommendations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and retail partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Process sales transactions and handle orders accurately.
• Gather customer feedback and report market trends to management.
• Assist with stock management, inventory checks, and product restocking.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, or sales events when required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in footwear, fashion, or leather goods.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of customer service principles.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of leather types, shoe styles, and manufacturing (preferred).
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in B2B sales or wholesale distribution.
• Multilingual capability is an advantage.
