Sales Agent – GymNation

At GymNation, our Sales Agents are the front line of club growth. You’ll be responsible for bringing new members into the community, delivering an exceptional first impression, and helping the club hit ambitious membership targets.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

You are here to sell, engage, and grow the club.

• Achieve and exceed new membership targets
• Deliver against all sales KPIs set by central support
• Manage membership mix and yield to ensure healthy club growth
• Handle and follow up on all leads using the company sales system
• Turn walk-ins, calls, and enquiries into memberships
• Build corporate partnerships and local business relationships
• Support club marketing initiatives to increase prospect enquiries and footfall
• Maximize secondary revenue (PT, add-ons, upgrades)
• Deliver outstanding customer service to drive retention and referrals
• Represent GymNation standards at all times
• Support reception duties during peak hours when required
