Sales Agent

Job Description

Techeezy is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage customers effectively while promoting Spectrum products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Spectrum products and services to potential customers

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

• Follow up with leads and ensure high customer satisfaction

• Stay updated on product offerings, pricing, and promotions

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales (telecom or Spectrum sales preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Spectrum or telecom sales

• Customer-focused mindset
