The Role
We are looking for a driven, experienced Sales Agent to join our team. You will be the voice of Giantly — not just closing deals, but building genuine relationships with UK business owners, understanding their goals, and guiding them toward the right solution. This is a full-cycle sales role: from first outreach to close, and from onboarding to long-term account growth through upsells and cross-sells.
This is a high-impact role with direct influence on the company's revenue and reputation.
Key Responsibilities
Discovery & Consultative Selling
- Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand each prospect's business — their goals, challenges, current marketing spend, team structure, and growth ambitions
- Ask the right questions to diagnose marketing gaps and position Giantly's services as the solution
- Tailor every proposal and recommendation to the specific needs of each business — no generic pitches
- Guide prospects through the decision-making process with confidence and expertise
- Position yourself as a trusted advisor, not just a salesperson
Closing & Proposal Management
- Send branded, personalised proposals within 24 hours of every discovery call
- Follow up persistently and professionally — multiple touchpoints via WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn until a clear decision is reached
- Handle objections confidently — price, timing, competitors, and trust concerns
- Close clients onto the right monthly subscription plan
- Ensure all deal details are accurately logged in GoHighLevel CRM before handover
Upselling & Cross-Selling
- Actively identify upsell opportunities within the existing client base — clients on Organic Social who are ready to add Paid Ads, or clients on Paid Ads who need web design
- Conduct regular check-in calls with existing clients to assess satisfaction, review results, and present relevant upgrade options
- Cross-sell complementary services — for example, recommending Google Ads to clients already running Meta Ads, or adding SEO to a web design client
- Work closely with the account management team to spot signals of clients ready to scale their plan
- Track upsell revenue separately and report monthly
Follow-Ups & Pipeline Management
- Maintain a rigorous follow-up system — no lead is left without a scheduled next step
- Log every call, message, email, and touchpoint inside GoHighLevel CRM in real time
- Keep pipeline stages accurate and up to date at all times
- Re-engage cold or lost leads with timely, relevant outreach
- Provide weekly pipeline reports to the manager, including number of leads, conversion rate, and revenue closed
Client Onboarding Support
- Ensure a seamless handover from sales to the delivery team — every client should feel the transition is smooth and professional
- Brief the onboarding team on each client's goals, expectations, and any commitments made during the sales process
- Stay involved for the first 30 days post-close to ensure client satisfaction and prevent early churn
- Be the point of escalation for any client concerns in the early stages of the relationship
Customer Support & Relationship Management
- Serve as an ongoing point of contact for existing clients — responsive, professional, and solution-focused
- Handle client queries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and urgency
- Proactively communicate any service updates, new offerings, or relevant opportunities to existing clients
- Build long-term relationships that result in referrals, testimonials, and case study opportunities
- Encourage satisfied clients to leave Google and Trustpilot reviews
Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of B2B sales experience — agency, SaaS, or digital marketing strongly preferred
- Proven track record of closing deals, hitting targets, and growing accounts through upsells
- Experience with full-cycle sales — outbound prospecting through to close and account management
- Excellent spoken and written English — you will be communicating directly with UK business owners daily
- Deep understanding of digital marketing services — social media, paid ads, SEO, and web design
- Proficient with GoHighLevel CRM or similar (HubSpot, Salesforce) — meticulous with logging and pipeline management
- Confident, persuasive, consultative, and resilient — able to navigate long sales cycles and handle objections professionally
- Strong business acumen — able to understand a client's business quickly and make smart recommendations
- Highly organised with exceptional follow-up discipline — nothing falls through the cracks
- Reliable home office setup with fast, stable internet connection

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
