Sales Agent (BPO)

Job Overview:
We are hiring enthusiastic and goal-driven individuals for the position of Customer Sales Executive. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns and determining appropriate solutions
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
• Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
• Meet performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:

• Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills
