Sales Agent (Female)

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and confident Female Sales Agent to manage and grow our client base in the UK and UAE markets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships with international clients, and a passion for sales. The role involves generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities in the UK and UAE markets.
• Communicate with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Present and explain the company’s products/services to prospective clients.
• Convert leads into successful sales and partnerships.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities in the UK and UAE.

Requirements

• Female candidate preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 0–2 years of sales experience (fresh candidates with strong communication skills can apply).
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with international clients and different time zones.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus.
