Sales Agent (On-Site, Night Shift)

Location: Rehmanabad, Rawalpindi

Shift: Night Shift

Salary Range: Basic Salary + Commission & Bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Accurately update and maintain client information in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of scheduled appointments.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets.
• Handle client objections and inquiries with confidence.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a BPO or call center environment, especially in appointment setting or telemarketing.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively during the night shift.
• A positive, proactive attitude and strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM software (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
