Position Overview:

We are looking for ambitious and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agents to work remotely. This role is commission-based and ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and have a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate and manage leads, listings, and client relationships remotely.

* Conduct virtual meetings and negotiations with clients to close successful deals.

* Stay updated on current market trends, pricing, and property developments.

* Collaborate with the company team to support marketing and transaction processes.

* Maintain professional standards and ensure client satisfaction throughout all interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Valid Real Estate Broker License (required).

* Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales-driven role.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

* Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.

* Strong understanding of online marketing tools and property portals (preferred).

* Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

* Must have access to a reliable internet connection and phone for remote operations.
