Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and persuasive Real Estate Negotiator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong communication and deal-closing abilities, a deep understanding of property transactions, and a passion for delivering value to clients. You will be responsible for managing negotiations between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, ensuring successful outcomes for all parties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate negotiations for property sales, purchases, and leases
  • Represent clients’ interests with professionalism and integrity
  • Provide expert advice on pricing, market trends, and legal procedures
  • Coordinate with agents, developers, and legal teams to finalize deals
  • Prepare and review contracts, offers, and related documentation
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Achieve monthly performance targets and contribute to team success

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate negotiations or sales
  • Strong understanding of the UAE property market and legal frameworks
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital tools
  • Professional demeanor, detail-oriented, and client-focused
