Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to lead premium property transactions across Abu Dhabi’s luxury sector. This role is ideal for professionals with a proven track record in high-value property deals, VIP client handling, and investment advisory. You’ll be working with exclusive listings and a global client base, delivering tailored solutions with discretion and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent luxury residential and commercial properties to high-net-worth individuals and investors
  • Conduct private property tours, market evaluations, and strategic negotiations
  • Provide expert guidance on market trends, pricing, and legal procedures
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP clients, developers, and stakeholders
  • Promote listings through targeted marketing campaigns, networking, and exclusive events
  • Stay informed about luxury market dynamics, new launches, and regulatory updates
  • Ensure seamless transaction management and client satisfaction from inquiry to closing

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury or high-value real estate sales
  • Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s premium property market and investment landscape
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are highly desirable
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing platforms
  • Professional demeanor and ability to work with high-profile clients
