Sales Agent – Travel Agency (UK & US Projects)

Salary Range: PKR 35,000 – 50,000 per month

Job Description:
IJ Technologies is hiring Sales Agents with experience in the travel agency industry to work on UK & US travel projects. The ideal candidates must have excellent communication skills, knowledge of travel booking systems, and the ability to deliver high-quality customer service while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle flight bookings, reservations, and travel queries for UK & US clients.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
• Upsell and cross-sell travel services to maximize revenue.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships by providing timely and accurate information.
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Stay updated on travel trends, fares, and airline policies.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a travel agency environment (UK & US market preferred).
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Familiarity with GDS/Travel software (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.) will be an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
