Job Overview

Safa Worldwide is expanding its UK campaign and is seeking confident, ambitious, and target-driven Sales Agents to join our growing team. This role involves managing international sales calls with UK-based clients in a professional and structured environment with fixed shifts (no rotating schedules).

As a Sales Agent, you will play a key role in driving company revenue by building strong client relationships, presenting services effectively, and consistently achieving performance targets. This position is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators and motivated to build a long-term career in international sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to UK-based clients in a professional manner
• Build rapport quickly and maintain a positive client experience
• Clearly explain services and value propositions
• Identify client needs and offer suitable solutions
• Handle objections confidently and close sales effectively
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Collaborate with team leaders and management to improve performance

Candidate Profile

• Fluent English with clear pronunciation and a neutral accent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in handling international sales conversations

Previous experience in call centers or international sales will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory for strong candidates.

Compensation & BenefitsPart-Time

• PKR 40,000 – 50,000 basic salary
• Commission & performance-based bonuses

Full-Time

• PKR 55,000 – 75,000 basic salary
• Attractive commission structure
