Sales Agent – USA Market

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers in the USA, handling the entire sales cycle, and closing deals successfully. This role is best suited for someone with excellent communication skills, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, contact, and engage potential clients in the USA market.
• Present and promote company products/services to prospective customers.
• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and excellent customer service.
• Consistently achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM tools.
• Work collaboratively with the team to improve strategies and hit revenue goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Agent, Sales Executive, or similar role (USA market experience preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive and energetic approach.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Comfortable working with targets, commissions, and deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and online communication platforms (Zoom, WhatsApp, Email, etc.).

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in international B2C or B2B sales.
• Understanding of customer relations.
• Ability to adapt sales strategies based on customer needs.
