- Generating new leads and converting them into event bookings.
- Building and maintaining client relationships.
- Meeting sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Managing the sales process, including proposals, contracts, and payments.
- Preparing presentations and commercial proposals.
- Managing event budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff.
- Overseeing event logistics, setup, and execution.
- Providing excellent customer service and managing client expectations.
- Conducting post-event evaluations and reporting on success.
- Coordination of technical and organizational issues with the Client and all the departments involves.
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
- Arabic and English Speaking is a must.
- Female Preferred for this role.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B and B2C experience.
- Creative problem-solving and ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Proficiency in event planning software and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial management.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Be in the trend - track trends in the sphere of kids' events
Note: this is a commission based role (fixed salary + commission)
