Sales Analyst – Active8 Wireless (Night Shift)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Six days)
Shift Timings: 9 PM to 6 AM (Night Shift)
Location: Onsite – RJ Mall, Karachi

Our Karachi-based back office plays a vital role in supporting our US operations through strategic insight, data analysis, and operational excellence.We are expanding our team and hiring a sharp, detail-oriented Sales Support Analyst to help drive performance across our retail network.

Position Overview

As a Sales Support Analyst, you will work closely with our US-based coaching team that supports store-level sales staff. Your primary role is to analyze sales trends, generate actionable insights, and support the team in developing and executing strategies to improve store performance. This is a critical, high-impact role with opportunities for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance across various dimensions (stores, products, teams).
• Identify trends and areas for improvement using business judgment and data analysis.
• Provide timely responses to ad-hoc requests from the coaching team.
• Prepare concise and actionable reports, dashboards, and summaries.
• Communicate findings clearly in English and Spanish with internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate on strategy development and support store-level sales coaching.
• Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards at all times.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales analysis, business intelligence, or a similar data-focused role.
• Advanced analytical skills – comfortable working with sales KPIs and large datasets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• A sharp, friendly personality with a strong team-oriented mindset.
• High level of integrity and commitment to long-term employment.
• Willing to work onsite night shifts, 6 days a week (aligned with US time zones).
